GENERAL INFORMATION

ALTINOK Consulting Engineering Co. Ltd. is among the first and well-known independent consultancy firms in Turkey. Since 1963, the company earned its reputation from serving private and public sectors while involving in wide range of engineering projects. We are proud of our sound engineering design knowledge, know-how and state-of-the-art-techniques which we gained throughout the years in executing complex and multidisciplinary projects in the fields of hydraulics (water supply, waste water, and dam), structures (architectural, statics, mechanical and electrical), seismic retrofitting, transportation (traffic planning, highway and railway), geology and geotechnical studies, and environmental. We are mainly involved in feasibility studies, preliminary and final designs, tender document preparations and construction supervision projects.

ALTINOK employs around 120 full-time engineers and technicians in its head office in Istanbul, branch office in Ankara, and site offices in various parts of Turkey where construction supervision projects are underway. We can gather teams of qualified staff and special consultants required for the execution of any project in our capacity, and work diligently for the best interest of our client.

ALTINOK has a progressive policy on quality assurance, and thus hols an ISO9001 certificate. The aim of this policy is to set standards in quality, and performance that can form the basis for all future work. This has become of special importance in terms of the environment in recent years, in addition to the traditional need to meet the safety and reliability requirements. ALTINOK applies and maintains a stringent management system for the execution of projects.

ALTINOK has international memberships such as FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and EFCA (European Federation of Consultants and Engineers), Turkish Chamber of Engineering membership, and is registered with numerous regional and international financing institutions.
